Visitors to this Website are bound by the return and refund policy (“Return and Refund Policy”) set below. By progressing beyond this screen, you agree to be bound by these policies (“Policies”).
Our services (“Services”) are rendered paid and has a non-refundable clause. Please note that all E-payment / Mobile app purchases are confirmed purchases and any request for returns, refunds (“Refund”), exchange or cancellations will not be entertained.
Through this Website, you may purchase tour tickets (“Tickets”), offered by The Royal Press. You agree to receive notifications of successful bookings via an email confirmation that will contain a Ticket confirmation number (“Confirmation Number”) and a QR code of your Ticket. You also acknowledge and agree that the time taken to respond to your booking /purchase may be adjusted based on real-time event.
Prices quoted for Tickets are in the currency stated on the Website at the time prior to purchase. The Royal Press reserves the right to change or adjust the prices and fees of tour bookings at any time. These changes may be announced via SMS, e-mail, and/or the Website. If you use our Services after the notice of such changes, it means you agree and accept the changed prices and fees.
You agree that The Royal Press may, at our sole discretion, refuse or cancel any booking or order that may violate these Policies.
You agree that you will pay your bookings / purchases in accordance with the payment methods we accept; you acknowledge and agree that we are not obligated to process or execute your bookings / orders until you complete the payment in accordance with the payment process instructed by us. Unless otherwise provided in these Policies, the payment for the purchases /bookings made by you is non-refundable.
You acknowledge and agree that you must comply with the additional conditions and restrictions of the Tickets set by The Royal Press, including but not limited to: (i) You must show up in person and on time at the meeting point designated by The Royal Press within the period of use specified on the Ticket; (ii) You must present documents or materials requested by The Royal Press (e.g., an identification document with your photo, your Ticket Confirmation Number, your QR-code). If you are unable to meet the conditions and restrictions set by The Royal Press, you may not be able to redeem the content of the service recognised by the Ticket and no refund will be granted.
You acknowledge and agree that if your Ticket, Confirmation Number or QR code is lost, stolen or destroyed, The Royal Press has no obligation to reissue the Ticket or provide you with the content of the service recognised by the Ticket. In addition, if you attempt to redeem or use a Ticket in an unlawful manner (e.g., you attempt to sell your Ticket at a higher price), The Royal Press may refuse to accept your redemption of the Ticket and no refund will be granted.
In the event of a cancellation on behalf of The Royal Press, The Royal Press will notify (“Notice”) you as soon as reasonably practicable via e-mail or phone, and will process a full Refund to you in the same way as you paid to purchase such Ticket OR upon an agreement made between the purchaser and The Royal Press.
The Notice shall advise procedures for requesting a Refund and the period and time within which the ticket holder could request a Refund. Any Refunds will not be entertained if the request is made after the given period from the date of the Notice. Such unrefunded sums shall be dealt with at the sole discretion of The Royal Press.
